Campaign Overview / Activity Description:

SSE hold sponsorship of 2 unique entertainment venues, The SSE Hydro in Glasgow and The SSE Arena in Wembley. As industry leaders in customer service, SSE’s dream was to bring this level of care to the customers of both venues.

Hel’s Angels was tasked with selecting and training a group of outstanding Team Leaders and Brand Ambassadors to be the first point of contact for the public. Through a process of bespoke recruitment, face-to-face interviews, in-depth training and a staff incentive scheme to ensure staff retention, we created the ultimate team of brand ambassadors with the perfect mix of energy and impeccable customer service.

For all major events our team of SSE Energisers are called upon to assist with various aspects of public interactions. Campaign Overview / Activity Description:

The Persuaders asked Hel’s Angels to help them realise a PR stunt for Tescos for the Love Every Mouthful campaign -  a record breaking giant Eton Mess. Our chefs were meticulous in their planning and it took several attempts to work out how we would get all of the ingredients to hold together in a giant martini glass.  But we persisted and when it came to assembling the 167kg dessert live in the middle of Soho Square in London it all went seamlessly.  Our team of brand ambassadors were on hand to dish out mini portions of the record breaker to the passing public.

Campaign Overview / Activity Description:

Hel’s Angels was tasked with bringing to life the Pimm’s Summer Garden by creating a bespoke hamper menu, serving the perfect Pimm’s cocktails and providing brand specific staff to keep all of the guests happy in the indoor garden. We worked closely with the garden’s stylists to design and produce a summer food and drink menu that would reflect the new limited edition Pimm’s Blackberry & Elderflower flavour. Each night of the 2-week campaign, guests were kept happy by our brilliant team of brand ambassadors including our amazing cucumber whittlers.

Campaign Overview / Activity Description:

The Nickelodeon Fruit Shoots Skills Tour was a nationwide roadshow aimed at 7-10 year olds. The tour consisted of a skills crew  - an ensemble of best in class multi skilled urban performers. The crew mentored kids, encouraging them to ‘get their skills on’.  Hel’s Angels provided a team of CRB-checked brand ambassadors who were in charge of managing the kids at each event, giving them access to the skills crew and informing them how they could access clips of their performances. The tour culminated in an awards show at the O2, where our staff were again on hand to manage the crowds of ecstatic attendees and their parents.

Campaign Overview / Activity Description:

Creative production agency Produce asked Hel’s Angels to create some authentic Victorian characters for King’s Cross Journeys festival, a 2-day event designed to attract visitors to the new shopping site at Granary Square. We were involved from the outset - from researching the period, sourcing the costumes, creating the characters and writing the scripts. We used carefully selected actors from our database of multi-skilled staff, with each one given a specific character to inhabit.  Our staff stayed in character all day, no matter what, enhancing the authenticity of the festival.

Curated by food architects Bompas and Parr, Courvoisier cocktails were paired with Michelin starred food to compliment the extraordinary surroundings. Our Angels were positioned in all areas throughout the house - managing reception and guest timings, producing beautiful cocktails, and taking on the role of characters created for the experience

Campaign Overview / Activity Description:

Since 2009 Hel’s Angels has been delivering Glenfiddich’s unique in-depth sampling experience to consumers in the on-trade. The aim of the program is to educate consumers and dispel the myth that ‘old is best’. The focus is on the key messages and malt credentials of the Glenfiddich 12, 15 and 18 Year Olds, with consumers leaving the sessions having discovered their personal favourite.

Over the years we have worked closely with William Grant & Sons to continually evolve the activation. From hand-picking and training highly experienced Glenfiddich Mentors, through to designing and producing creative sampling mechanics, we are always working to ensure the continued success of the campaign.

This logistically heavy campaign sees us not only provide a team of highly trained Whisky experts but also looking after all of the on-trade liaison, stock control, storage, data capture & reporting.
