The Bramble is a cocktail created by the world-famous Dick Bradsell back in the 1980s.

Best described as a spring cocktail, the Bramble combines dry gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, crème de mûre, and crushed ice.

As we are say goodbye to warm sunny days Hel’s Angels decided to share our recipe for a wintery spiced apple and berry bramble.

50ml Dry Gin

30ml Spice infused apple juice

25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

12.5ml Chambord Liqueur

Fill a glass container with 500ml of cloudy apple juice. Add 3x cloves, 1x Star Anise and a Cinnamon stick. Leave to infuse overnight.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Add the gin, lemon juice, spiced apple juice & sugar syrup

Shake & strain over fresh crushed ice into a tumbler glass

Drizzle the Chambord on top

Garnish with blackberries and an apple slice
