Christmas is almost here so let’s all cheers to that! Get on your cosy jumper and try our top 5 Christmassy cocktails, from classics to creative concoctions it will surely make your cheeks rosier than Rudolph’s nose…

Apple Jack Frost:

50ml Applejack (Brandy)
100ml Pear & Apple Tea
1 tablespoon of Honey
Candy Cane

Put all ingredients with ice and stir, discard ice and add a candy cane or a slice of pear on the glass as a garnish.

Homemade Mulled Wine:

Approx. 125ml per glass of your favourite red wine (we personally love it with a light Pinot Noir)
Orange studded with cloves
Honey
Ground fresh ginger & nutmeg
2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
Cinnamon stick
Slices of lemon and orange

Warm all ingredients gently in a pan so the flavours have time to mingle with the wine, when it’s warm and delicious, ladle it into your glasses and serve.

Rudolph’s Red Nose:

50ml Vodka
15ml Gingerbread syrup
25ml Fresh Lime juice
Top up with Cranberry juice
2 dashes of Cardamon Bitters

Put all ingredients in your glass with ice, add 2 dashes of Cardamon bitters and serve.

Mrs Claus:

50ml Gin
10ml Marshmallow syrup
20ml Lillet
10ml Chambord
Top up with Soda Water

Add all ingredients into your glass with ice and top up with soda water, roast a marshmallow and put it as a garnish on a stick, enjoy!

Christmas in Toronto:

50ml Rye Whisky
15ml Maple syrup
1 bar spoon of Fernet Branca (Peppermint liqueur)
Orange twist

Put all ingredients with ice and stir, discard ice and serve with an orange twist on the top.
