Our lovely Angels had the utmost pleasure to work alongside White Label when Courvoisier offered a tantalising glimpse of their craftmanship in a contemporary re-imagining of the legendary Paradis cellar, exclusively at Harrods in The Tasting Room.

Inside L’Atelier Courvoisier, Master Blender, Patrice Pinet, took guests on an immersive and educational journey through the heritage of Courvoisier, charting the alchemic cognac making process from grapes to glass.

Each guest was greeted with a St. Helena cocktail, designed by Nathan Merriman of The Club at the Ivy. This beautifully created cocktail, designed to reflect the heritage of Courvoisier, the pioneering spirit and the innovative use of premium ingredients, was replicated by our very own mixologist, Jason.

Along side a sensory lead tasting, hosted by Courvoisier Brand Ambassador, Rebecca Asseline, guests enjoyed a unique food pairing experience courtesy of renowned Harrods chefs, consisting of brill sashimi marinated in vanilla and mint, venison loin with chocolate and thyme jus, and blood orange and French lavender cake.

Guests were then treated to a truly once in a life time experience: a viewing of the world’s oldest known Courvoisier vintage dating back to 1789, the year of the French Revolution.

Taste and smell were not the only senses to be delighted – a stunning projected paper diorama was created depicting the rich history of Courvoisier, making L’Atelier de Courvoisier an all round sensory sensation! You can watch this video below:
